DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION

We currently only ship within the UK due to certain rules and regulations in certain Countries and States.  This may change in the future and we are looking into teaming up with a USA provider with equal ethics and product quality.

Just Hemp UK have chosen a reliable and trustworthy delivery option with Royal Mail. There is nothing worse than an order going astray so by sending every order by 1st Class Signed For, it is guaranteed to get to you. If you are not in, you can easily pick it up from your local Royal Mail Office as long as you take some I.D. with you.

Your order will be shipped in a 100% plastic free, unbleached, fully biodegradable padded bag, which is made of 100% recycled paper, to help towards protecting the environment.  This can then be easily disposed of in your recycle bin.


Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class

This is currently the safest option for sending your Just Hemp UK order to you. In our experience, this usually takes just 1 working day (most people receive their order the following day after posting*). Although this service does not offer detailed tracking you can confirm the posting date and see the signature on delivery (in case it was delivered to a neighbour for example). Royal Mail states on their website “Although we aim to deliver Signed For® 1st Class the next working day, we are unable to provide a guaranteed next day delivery”.

How do I track my order?

The tracking/reference number will be automatically sent to you in an email from Just Hemp UK, shortly after posting out your order, to complete your order process.

You will find a link in the email called “Track” that will direct you to the “Royal Mail Track and Trace page” and your tracking/reference number should be automatically displayed on the page, all ready for you to click and easily view the tracking information about the delivery status of your order .

Returning an Item or Order

Unfortunately, we are unable to ascertain if any of our products, have been tampered with, therefore, we are not able to accept returns of any of these products even if they are unopened, un-used or remain sealed, unless we have sent you incorrect products in your order. We also do not accept any product returns based on someone not liking the taste.

If you are returning a product or order to us due to an error on our side, our policy is to cover the cost of postage via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class only. We only compensate postage cost of returns by providing a discount off your next order. The customer is responsible for covering the initial cost of the return postage until we reimburse as stated.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Obviously, we would require photographic evidence of your damaged item/s, packaging, invoice etc.  We reserve the right to request the damaged order to be returned to us in a sealed bag via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class, before processing a replacement or refund.


Alternatively, you can collect your order in Person

To collect in person, you can pay securely online with QuickPay or by Bank Transfer then collect your order from my shop.

Or, you can simply order what you would like online, then choose the “Collect from Shop” for shipping and select “Collect and Pay in shop Sandy Cristel” payment option and your order will be bagged and ready for you to pay with cash or your credit/debit card at the time you come to collect it.

For collection you MUST bring in your order confirmation displaying your order number. This can be printed out or you can show me the order confirmation on your phone email.

Always consult a medical professional prior to consuming any of our products. We do not, and will never, make medical claims. Just Hemp UK does not sell any products that violate The Misuse of Drugs Act (1971).
